About Catalyst
Active, Evidence-Based Therapy for Anxiety, OCD, Insomnia, and ADHD
Catalyst provides specialized CBT to adults navigating worry, sleeplessness and difficulties with focus. Therapy with Catalyst is warm, active, customized and offers a clear path forward.
We help clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck, practice new ways of responding, and move from insight into meaningful change in daily life.
What makes Catalyst different
Therapy is organized around your goals, your patterns, and the changes you want to make outside the session.
We use individual therapy sessions to clarify, practice, troubleshoot, and build skills that support real-life progress.
We bring compassion and clinical clarity together, so clients feel understood without staying stuck in the same loops.
Care is grounded in CBT and related approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT-I, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed care, and executive functioning support.

How we work
At Catalyst, therapy begins by identifying the patterns that are costing you time, energy, sleep, focus, or confidence. From there, we build a treatment plan that helps you respond differently in the moments where the pattern usually takes over.
Depending on your goals, therapy may include CBT for anxiety and rumination, ERP for OCD and reassurance-seeking, CBT-I for insomnia, ACT-informed strategies for values-based action, or executive functioning support for ADHD.
Our work together combines insight with active practice, helping you develop new responses and engage more fully with what matters most in your life.
